SKYVIEW SUNSET

7901 Sunset Blvd. is a contemporary mixed-use development located at the iconic intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue, in the heart of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Community Plan area. Positioned on a prominent 20,815 square foot corner lot, the project transforms a former gas station and mini-mart into a vibrant, transit-oriented destination that reflects the ongoing evolution of the Sunset corridor.

The proposed development rises seven stories above grade with one subterranean level and will feature 62 residential units alongside approximately 6,452 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. As a Tier 1 Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) project, the development promotes housing accessibility and walkability, benefitting from its location within a Transit Priority Area and close proximity to major transit lines and neighborhood amenities.

Our team led the entitlement strategy for the project, securing Director’s Determinations under the TOC guidelines to enable the mixed-use residential structure. The result is a modern urban infill project that enhances the streetscape, supports housing goals, and contributes to the continued revitalization of one of L.A.’s most recognizable boulevards.
