Aria is a project that utilized TOC incentives and bypassed the entitlements process altogether, thus entering straight into the permitting process spearheaded by our permitting team.

The development offers 57 supportive housing units with enhanced social services for formerly homeless individuals in the City of Los Angeles. Located at 1532 Cambria Street, it includes 47 studios, 9 one-bedrooms and a resident manager’s unit. Extensive on-site services are provided by Homeless Health Care Los Angeles. The project will offer a mix of units priced for households making at or below 30 percent of the area median income, and at or below 60 percent of the area median income. Togawa Smith Martin designed the contemporary low-rise building, which is capped by a rooftop deck that features stunning views of Downtown Los Angeles.
